Forthcoming Movies of Deepal Shaw

Some interesting news on the forthcoming releases featuring Deepal Shaw...

WEDNESDAY

Actress Deepal Shaw is all set to play the lead in Anjum Rizvi Film Co. & Friday Filmworks joint venture titled ' WEDNESDAY'. She has previously shown her splendid acting skills in Mahesh Bhatt's Kalyug and now will share the screen with greats like Anupam Kher, Naseeruddin Shah, Jimmy Shergill and actor Aamir Bashir. The film is written and directed by Neeraj Pandey and produced by Anjum Rizvi with Shital Bhatia coming in as the Co – Producer.

Tumse

Bollywood has seen many actors performing triple roles, for instance, Dilip Kumar in Bairaag and Amitabh Bachchan in Mahaan. But there has probably been no leading lady who has tried her hand at a filmi Hattrick! Now, Deepal Shaw is at the brink of being the first Bollywood actress to perform a triple-role in a film.
Deepal Shaw, whose claim to fame is the sensuous Baby Doll music video, has assumed the challenge of playing three distinct characters in director Navneet Baj Saini's film. The film also stars Irrfan Khan, Lucky Ali, Ranvir Shorey and Nausheen Ali Sardar. Although the project is 70% complete, it is still untitled. Saini had earlier titled the film Tumsey, but since it did not exactly suit the subject of the story, the title had to be dropped. Later on, another title was decided upon, however, it was booked by another producer. The movie is said to be a modern, practical love story, which has been shot in Bangkok. The three roles are indeed going to be challenging for Deepal, as this is only her second film in Bollywood.

Deepal Shaw was first seen with debutante Kunal Khemu and Emraan Hashmi in Mahesh Bhatt’s Kalyug. Let us wait and watch if the Baby Doll can pull off a triple act!

Karma, Confessions & Holi

Directed by Manish Gupta, this is an Indo-American venture produced jointly by Saregama Films and Rapture Productions Inc., a New York-based company owned by Drena De Niro, daughter of Robert De Niro, and David Roma. Cast is quite interesting featuring a mix-n-match of Hollywood and Bollywood stars including Sushmita Sen, Randeep Hooda, Suresh Oberoi, Rati Agnihotri, Suchitra Krishhnamoorthy, Deepal Shaw, Drena De Niro, super model-actress Naomi Campbell, Sticky Fingas, Christopher Walken and Debbie Mazor.

To quote IMDB, "The film is based on the inner conflicts of relationships, which hitherto never spoken earlier, but in a festive atmosphere of Holi, each one loses the inhibitions..."

The tagline says it all "...its about relationships... It could be yours!"

Deepal Shaw

Let me start this blog with my personal favourite, DEEPAL SHAW, more coomonly known as Baby Doll... i really like this beauty dance...

She began her career as a model, taking part in the 2004 Miss India beauty pageant, advancing to the final round before being cut.[2] After this setback, she rededicated herself to striving for success in the Indian entertainment industry, beginning a career as a singer.

She released her first album (entitled Baby Doll, after her adopted stage name) in 2004. She followed up her strong debut with Baby Doll Chapter 2, featuring many hit remixes such as "Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar" and "Rangeela Re." Her music consists mainly of modernized remixes of old Hindi songs, entailing a very bass-heavy sound with some hip hop elements. She made her acting debut in Mahesh Bhatt's controversial Kalyug, opposite Emraan Hashmi and fellow-newcomer Kunal Khemu. Portraying a porn star, Shaw's first role was generally appreciated by critics.

In next few posts i will post her videos available on the youtube or other places... enjoy & keep posting your comments...

Deepal Shaw's Birthdate: 21 February 1986
